European Touch acquired by Chicago company

Milwaukee pedicure spa manufacturer European Touch Holding Inc. has been acquired by E Touch Holding Company.
E Touch is an affiliate of Chicago packaging manufacturer CPC Laboratories Inc. and was advised in the transaction by CPC Capital Inc., a middle market M&A advisory firm.
"The affiliation of E Touch Holding Company and CPC Laboratories will expand and streamline the product offering for both companies, allowing for cross marketing and consolidation opportunities which will serve the future of both companies and their customers,” said Alicia Campos, CPC Laboratories chairperson. “We are excited about what this acquisition presents and the affiliation with the competencies that the Euro Touch team brings to CPC."
European Touch has served the spa and salon industry since 1985.
