New hires and promotions
Brookfield-based financial services technology provider Fiserv Inc. announced three new executive appointments. Shawn Donovan has been hired as senior vice president and chief sales officer. He has more than 25 years of sales and account management experience, most recently as executive vice president for Acxiom Corporation. Steve Tait has been promoted to group president of international operations. He has been with Fiserv since 2009 and previously served as group president, depository institution services. And Tom Warsop has been promoted to the newly formed position of group president, distribution and sales. He most recently helped form a single global sales organization and served as group president, financial institutions group.
Robert W. Baird & Co. has named Chris Harned managing director of its M&A team in the investment banking group. Harned has 27 years of experience, most recently as partner and head of the consumer products group at Cypress Group, a New York private equity firm. Harned aims to expand Baird’s M&A practice in the food and beverage sector.
Rick Krauthoefer has been hired as vice president-commercial lending at First Business Bank-Milwaukee, a part of First Business Financial Services Inc. Krauthoefer has 30 years of middle market banking experience, including as a vice president at TCF Bank, American National Bank/Bank One and M&I Bank.
