“NiceLabel’s corporate mission is to become the leading global provider of professional labeling software. The acquisition of Niceware brings us another step closer to accomplishing this goal. Niceware and its channel partners have done an excellent job of building the NiceLabel brand in North America and we are delighted to have them part of the global NiceLabel team,” said Matej Kosmrlj, NiceLabel managing director.

“Niceware has distributed NiceLabel in the Americas since 2002 focusing on adding real value through its technical service group. With the support of over 700 valued resellers we have established NiceLabel as the product of choice with thousands of end users. This acquisition will take the Niceware business to the next level in the global AIDC marketplace,” said Andrew Matter, former president and joint founder of Niceware International.
