Milwaukee-based Roll Mobile has named Erin Ulicki vice president of business development following the leave of founder and co-owner Sara Santiago, who has decided to part ways with the company due to health concerns.
Santiago, a highly-regarded member of the Milwaukee business community and social media scene, established Roll Mobile in 2009 with partners Dan Early and Mark Roller.
Throughout her tenure at Roll Mobile, Santiago has earned a number of awards including BizTimes Media’s Bravo! Entrepreneur Award and multiple Power Executive Awards.
She has also spoken at national conferences like SXSW and New Media Expo on digital, social and mobile strategies.
As she transitions out of the company, Santiago said Ulicki is the “perfect fit” to take over her responsibilities.
“I couldn’t be happier to leave the future of the business’ growth in Erin’s more than capable hands,” Santiago said. “I sincerely admire Erin, both professionally and personally. She is a great addition to the team.”
Ulicki will primarily manage business development as well as sales and relationship development at Roll Mobile as the company is restructured to create more opportunity for business expansion. Ulicki joins the Roll Mobile team with more than ten years of experience in digital sales and relationship management and experience working for companies such as OnMilwaukee, Centro, and Hopster.
“At the end of the day, I want Roll to continue to thrive,” Santiago said. “I’m not able to help my team in a meaningful way right now. Erin brings the awesome. Watch out for big things at Roll.”
Roll Mobile is located at 161 S. 1st St. in Milwaukee. The full-service mobile development and marketing agency creates solutions for Android, iOS, mobile web and responsive websites and caters to businesses ranging from international brands to nonprofits.
