Jim Mueller, the former president of Frank Haack & Associates and Zywave, has started an independent consulting firm specializing in helping companies navigate health care reform.
The Affordable Care Act is bringing significant changes for how employers offer health insurance to their employees.
Mueller QAAS, which stands for Quality, Affordability, Accessibility and Strategy, will enable business owners to maximize time running their organizations while also developing an Affordable Care Act-compliant employee benefit strategy to avoid costly penalties.

Two attorneys have joined the new company’s staff.
Frank Haack & Associates, one of Milwaukee’s largest insurance brokers and benefits consultants, now operates as Willis of Wisconsin and is part of Willis Group Holdings PLC. Zywave, an outgrowth of Frank Haack & Associates, develops software for insurance brokers and financial planners.
