Los Lonely Boys made a stop at Milwaukee’s Stacy Adams Shoe Co, before their show at Summerfest Wednesday evening. Members of the group, made popular for their song "Heaven," call Stacy Adams their favorite brand of shoe. "We’ve been wearing Stacy Adams since we were boys," said JoJo Garza. "Our uncles and father taught us to always look nice and show pride in what we wore. We’ve got photos of us when we were 5 years old wearing the black and white Stacy Adams. We might not have had nice clothes, but we sure had nice shoes.”
The Tex-Mex rock band has been big fans of the stylish shoe collection for years and took advantage of their trip to Milwaukee by getting a tour of the design facility from John Floursheim, president and chief operating officer, and a sneak peak at the brand’s latest fashions. The men included Stacy Adams in both the lyrics of "Friday Night" as well as a recent documentary titled "Cottonfields & Crossroads."
