Central States Mortgage continues major expansion drive
Central States Mortgage will continue its current expansion drive into the new year, says Richard Jungen, CEO of the Wauwatosa-based company.
Central States this year has started operations in Eau Claire and Kenosha; in Davenport and Iowa City, Iowa; and in Omaha, Neb. In addition to the new locations, Central States also has offices in Appleton and Glendale.
Jungen says the company plans include eight offices throughout Iowa; in Kansas City and Sprinfield, Mo.; and in Minneapolis.
“Central States has a long-range plan to grow by creating strategic alliances in different geographic markets,” he said. “We have the potential to open 14 offices in 2004 alone.”
Central States is a parent mortgage company. Its subsidiaries and holdings include mortgage companies, title and closing agencies, a mortgage funding company and a financial services firm.
Its headquarters are at 10425 W. North Ave. in Wauwatosa.
