Milwaukee-based
7Rivers, a recently launched startup dedicated to helping businesses understand the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning, has acquired North Richland Hills, Texas-based
PerformanceG2 for an undisclosed price.
PG2 is a performance management consultancy that specializes in helping organizations maximize the return on their IT and performance management investments. Following the acquisition, 7Rivers will be able to use PG2’s expertise in Data Vault 2.0, a business data methodology, to bolster its own portfolio of AI and automation-driven business transformation services.
"We're excited to welcome the highly skilled PG2 team into the 7Rivers family," said
Paul Stillmank, founder and chief executive officer of 7Rivers. "This union fortifies our data-centric foundation, broadens our expertise with Snowflake's Data Cloud, and empowers us to expedite the development of transformative solutions that drive substantial business outcomes for our clients. Moreover, PG2's strong market presence aligns seamlessly with key industries where we've already gained momentum, such as manufacturing, insurance, and banking."
PG2 has over two decades of experience in helping companies quickly build out their enterprise data warehouse. Their strategies included data warehouse automation and cloud platform migration to Snowflake.
As part of its launch
last month, 7Rivers also announced its strategic partnership with
Snowflake, a Montana-based data cloud company. 7Rivers will be able to tap into Snowflake’s data cloud and use it to build custom solutions for clients.
“Joining forces with 7Rivers is an excellent opportunity for our team to be part of a visionary startup that’s already on a rapid trajectory of growth and impact,” said
Mark Schultze, chief operating officer of PG2. “We are inspired by the opportunity to bring these two teams together, allowing us to better serve our clients by revolutionizing their data and transforming their businesses.”
Approximately 12 PG2 employees are joining the 7Rivers team following the acquisition.
